Rescheduling an appointment

If something comes up, but you want to keep your appointment, you can reschedule it by following the directions below. Please note that rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you must reschedule on the day of your appointment, you may be charged a fee. To reschedule on the day of your appointment, please chat with us.

How to Reschedule:

  1. Starting from your confirmation email, click the Manage Appointment button at the bottom of your email
  2. On the page, click the blue “Reschedule” button
  3. Select a new date and time in the pop up window, then click the blue “Reschedule” button again to confirm
  4. The page will refresh and show your new scheduled date and time, & you will also receive an email with the new date and time.
