Canceling an appointment

If you can no longer make a scheduled appointment, you can cancel it. Canceling an appointment removes your appointment from our schedule. You must cancel 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel less then 24 hours before, you will be charged a fee. 

Canceling an appointment will remove it from the schedule, and makes that date and time available to other customers. If you just need to change the date and time, reschedule your appointment instead of canceling it

Follow the steps below to cancel your appointment

  1. Starting form your confirmation email, click the blue “manage appointment” button. It is located at the bottom of your email.
  2. On the appointment details page, click the red “Cancel” button in the lower right corner.
  3. A pop up window will appear, asking if you want to cancel. Click “OK”
  4. The screen will refresh, and a message will appear, that says “Your appointment was canceled”. You will also get an email confirming the cancelation.
